This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of underwriting, credit policy, and risk management, which he leverages to streamline the loan process and deliver tailored solutions.

Erik earned his business administration degree from the University of Florida. He lives in Southeast Virginia with his wife, Katie, an active-duty Air Force member, and their son, Erik Jr. Outside of work, Erik enjoys following both NFL and college football, as well as boating, fishing, and exploring the Chesapeake Bay with his family.
