Charles was born and raised in in the Hampton Roads, VA area and spent much of his career in various financial roles, first as a CPA and later as a Sr Executive of a Fortune 500 company responsible for customer support operations. With Success Mortgage, Charles has merged his financial and customer service backgrounds to help our customers through one of the most significant decisions of their lives, buying a home.

Charles is married with two adult daughters and spends his free time on or in the water.
