Mark is an experienced loan officer who transitioned to the world of financial and mortgage services after working in social science research for several years. Known for his excellent customer service, Mark enjoys learning about his clients and their unique needs to better guide them through the loan process. He believes there is no feeling more rewarding than helping people realize their dream of home ownership and having a place of their very own to create lasting memories. Mark is originally from Jamaica but grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland where he lives with his wife and two young children.
